Snehalatha, is the perfect example to the saying “inspiration can come from anywhere” as hers came from a character from a movie! On what begun as a fun experiment, she is now a skilled pencil miniature sculptor, with an eye for detail.
Climb on aboard for a ‘magnified’ journey to the centre of the pencil. We guarantee that you’ll get in touch with your long lost patience and by the end of the workshop, come out as a.…well, same person but with a pretty, little carved pencil!
Ms. Snehalatha from Maduranthagam, is a super creative artist, who holds a degree in Visual arts from Stella Maris College. She started doing pencil miniatures since her first year at college, and she uses drawing pencils for carving for best results. That’s just not it, she has a lot of other tricks up her sleeve as well, she also does photography, painting, and sculpting! Check out her works on her instagram handle @snehalatha_prithiviraj
